Spencer Hennings

Spencer Hennings currently serves as the State of Florida's Condominium Ombudsman. The Ombudsman's office acts as the state's liaison to our condominium owners and provides a variety of resources to citizens, condominium board members, community association managers, realtors, etc. As a real estate and environmental attorney by trade, Mr. Hennings worked at a top Florida law firm before his appointment to the position. Hennings earned his bachelor�s degree in philosophy from Florida State University, and his juris doctorate and master�s in law in real property development from the University of Miami.
