Monica Dwight

Monica Dwight (she/her) is a firm believer in thinking globally and acting locally. Working at the intersection of people and the environment, she harnesses her passion, problem-solving skills, and love of learning to design a more sustainable and just world. Monica brings her diverse work history to offer a unique lens for sustainability education, engagement, and project management - always working to elevate diverse voices and center community in the work that she does. Her past work ranges from directing a 3-day zero waste festival to initiating and leading a bilingual sustainability campaign in a secondary school in Spain. Currently, she works as a Senior Program Associate with Net Impact, working to inspire and equip young change makers to transform their ideas for sustainability solutions into tangible environmental progress.
